Luanda is a bustling and noisy city, but there are a lot of places where one can have a good time. Some districts are a little bit dangerous on account of global spreading plague (Youth gangs), specially if you're out till late in this case don't be out and about till late. Transportation is another problem besides it's expensive.

Luanda well planned, lucrative, under developed city after finish its construction work it will be beautiful city, people very cordial, co operative ,well behave greetings full. They have too stamina,if they use their stamina for develop this country no body can bid them.
