Tourist Guide Djibouti city
Djibouti city is the capital of the Republic of Djibouti.
The city is localized by the south part of the Gulf of Tadjoura.
Djibouti city’s port is very important and most of the city’s economy
depends on its role of storage and refuelling station between Ethiopia and the
Red Sea trade.
No surprise then that Djibouti city first originated as a port in 1888, and
only four years later it became the nation’s capital.
Djibouti is an expensive city.
