The Giftun Island has been a reservoir for marine wealth since the last few decades and now it is one of the major attractions in Hurghada. There are some artistic coral formations sticking out from the main walls which decorate the island to a large extent. Erg Samaya lies at one end of Giftun Island which adds to the beauty of this island. Tourists dive in the island for taking some magnificent photographs of the clean and serene water, marine life, fishes, etc.
