Luxor Packing List

If you are planning a tour make it a point to pack light. A good, compact daypack is the best option. There is a lot of walking and waiting around to do in Luxor, hence, it is advisable to have a pair of comfortable shoes.

Carry a bathing suit if you are visiting Luxor, Aswan and taking a Nile cruise. While sightseeing the sun can effect you so it would be wise to use sunglasses and sunscreen for protection.

Carry loose cotton clothes as the temperature in Luxor is high and always use something to protect your head like a hat or a scarf. Always carry water while sightseeing as the heat can cause dehydration.

Make it a point to carry photo equipment so that you can capture the memories of the beautiful city and take it all back home.

Bring toiletries and medical supplies especially some anti-bacterial wipes and extra tissues.
