On your arrival at Sharm airport you will be given an immigration form to fill out. Make sure that on the reverse side you put “Sinai only” or else you will be liable for extra charges.
Taxis in the city will try asking for a lot of money even though it is illegal. Certain journeys have fixed pices, so watch out!
If he still insists that you pay more than tell him that the police have told you to pay only the ticket amount, but make sure you know the correct fare!
