The local delicacies include Ro (rice cooked with herbs), Ramazava (herbs, beef and pork cooked till brown in oil), Foza sy hena-kisoa (a stir-fried pork, crab and rice preparation) and Vary amid’ anana (rice, cooked with herbs and meat or seafood).
