The Natural History Museum was founded in 1880 and features some amazing exhibits of the popular Dodo, the flightless bird which has been extinct since the end of the 17th century. There are also an enormous library collection of more than 50,000 books at this museum. This museum also explains the flora, fauna and the geology of the Island to its visitors.
