It is really difficult to report the main attractions in Marrakech because
the city itself can be considered as a big imposing attraction.
Here are some places not to be missed:
Djemmaa-el-Fna (Place of the Dead), the city square, always crowded with dancers,
fortune-tellers, musicians, acrobats, storytellers and snake charmers, it is
surely an exciting place.
Koutoubia, the 12th-century mosque, is as tall as the towers of Nôtre
Dame and dominates all the Marrakech skyline.
The Ben Youssef Medersa, the largest theological site in the Mahgreb.
Other interesting spots to visit are the magnificent Bahia Palace, the Saadian
Tombs, the Dar Sisaid Museum, the Menara and Aquedal gardens and the charming
camel market.
