Tangier Beaches : Beaches

The Beach of Tangier is the main beach in Tangier which is located next to a harbour and stretches for miles down the coastline. On a clear day one can see Gibraltar from where the ships cross to reach Spain.

There are a number of bars near the beach where one can drink and eat. One can also enjoy camel rides, play games, do athletics or just relax and enjoy the scenery. There are cabins on the beach for changing and the beach area is well patrolled by the police.

There are a number of Atlantic beaches to the west of Tangier which offer attractive views of the mountains and the coastline. The Bay of Tangier is a fascinating bay in the Mediterranean with a number of attractive beaches which offer a variety of water sports facilities.

Cape Spartel is a secluded beach with clean and clear water.
