The northern parts of Morocco enjoy good weather all year round. The best time to visit Morocco is from October to April, when the weather is pleasant. December to March is the skiing season; June to August is the high tourist season.
Events and Entertainment
Morocco celebrates Independence Day on 18 November and Throne Day on 3 March. All Islamic festivals are held according to the phases of the moon. During Ramadan, which extends for around one month and culminates with the festival of Eid al-Fitr, a majority of shops, restaurants and business remain open; however, in certain orthodox areas, life may come to a standstill.
