General opinion: Abuja City is the most planned and the most organized of all Nigerian cities. Good and accesible road network, excellent infrastructural fascilities and above all, well secured and peaceful habour for tourism and business investment. Treasures wide range of opportunities and highly hospitable to wide range of citizens and foreign guests. As the newest Nigerian city, the area greatly needs massive Industrial and Real Estate development attention. In all it is a good place to be.

General opinion: Quite sure, Abuja is growing. But must the federal only concentrate on Abuja? Some parts of the country are very poor structurally.. Most of the people in the country sees Abuja as a paradise or where money money is being fetched...

General opinion: Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, is located in the central part of the country.
It is really a very young capital even for African standards: the plans to move the capital from Lagos were approved in 1976, the construction was carried on throughout the 1980s.
In 1991 Abuja became Nigeria's capital.
It is a modern, but attractive city with many interesting buildings and villas dotting the landscape.
In few years Abuja has become the heart of Nigeria’s diplomatic activity.
Abuja is located in a very strategic position for visiting all the different parts of the country.

General opinion: A nice city waiting to be made, for now, its like nothing is happening. Because the inhabitants of this city can not wait to see its master plan being actualized or at least a better restructuring of the city's infrastructure. We can't wait ooh brother! We just pray and hope to see it happen.
