Tourist Guide Abuja:

Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, is located in the central part of the country.
It is really a very young capital even for African standards: the plans to move the capital from Lagos were approved in 1976, the construction was carried on throughout the 1980s.
In 1991 Abuja became Nigeria's capital.
It is a modern, but attractive city with many interesting buildings and villas dotting the landscape.
In few years Abuja has become the heart of Nigeria’s diplomatic activity.
Abuja is located in a very strategic position for visiting all the different parts of the country.

Abuja is a pleasurable city to behold. Most importantly, the shopping malls are many and strategically located. The only problem is that the roads are not well labelled, making it difficult for a new comer to find his or her ways. There are too many cross roads which facilitate accidents. Transportation is generally cheap in Abuja.

Try to stay calm and chill, go swimming in your local swimming pool. Go to the restraunt and have a drink or two. If your frantic and running around after every one, that will waste your time and you wont have a very good time. like i said just chillax and enjoy yourself. i went to the spar as well so you could two.

Abuja is a wonderful place to be in Nigeria, if Nigerians has two to three cities as such, it will be the best place in west Africa. One more reason why i like Abuja is for its vast cultural unity of the northerners, Yeruba's Ibo's and the Hausers and it elegant places featured @ nigeriaplaces.com

A nice city waiting to be made, for now, its like nothing is happening. Because the inhabitants of this city can not wait to see its master plan being actualized or at least a better restructuring of the city's infrastructure. We can't wait ooh brother! We just pray and hope to see it happen.

Nice place to live in, good road network and most roads in top condition. Metro line will really be useful and reduce the cost of transportation within the town. More recreational facilities will help to improve the night life and attract visitors from accros the world.

Abuja is a planned city with numerous connecting roads, with most of the services working like waste disposal, electricity and water, but attention need to be given her satellite towns in terms of these above mentioned services so as not to over load abuja city.

Abuja is a peaceful and cool place but lack securities and electricity, is a very expensive city thought there are places in which u can catch fun. Abuja needs to improve in the aspect of neatness and that city needs to be organize, this is very important.

Too much concentration of all business activities at the Central Area. Statellite towns are developed at a very slow rate. Rent in Abuja is killing. However, this can be sorted if more statellite cities are developed an made liveable More later.

Abuja is a very beautiful city, with good road network, with a lot of room for improvement in some major aspects, like entertainment, sports, socialization etc. Although life here is on the high side, its still a place u would wanna be.

Quite sure, Abuja is growing. But must the federal only concentrate on Abuja? Some parts of the country are very poor structurally.. Most of the people in the country sees Abuja as a paradise or where money money is being fetched...

The place is ok as above, developing fast infrastructurally, except that the land allocation system is not well managed.
