Lome is one of the most peaceful cities in West Africa especially at night. Life is enjoyable in a garanteed security athmosphere. Cost of living is very poor. It's like cashless policy from dawn. Everybody is compelled to look, to live and to act in the same direction or manner, where one finds monotony in living. Lome is unforgetable once visited.

Lomé is an easy going city. Trust rather locals or french speaking people when you need information or direction. Hiring taxis are safe and at affordable rates. Among not to miss are beach parties, night clubs, local menus and dishes. Inland and country side excursions offer interesting attractions.
