Tourist Guide Tabarka
Tabarka is a costal town in the northwest of Tunisia. Located between the mountains and the sea, it has a population of approximately 100,000 inhabitants.
It enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers (June-August) and mild, wet winters (December-February).
Tabarka began as an ancient Phoenician settlement called Tharbraca and is the last of the Numidian cities.
Traditionally an agricultural society, today Tabarka is known as a popular tourist destination and is renowned for its coral fishing sites.
