Lusaka is full of charming and busy markets, as the Lumburma Market, ready
to be visited and enjoyed.
Lusaka National Museum is surely one of the most attractive public buildings
in the capital.
This cultural history museum shows the story of Zambia in four main sections:
Ethnography
Witchcraft
History
Contemporary Art.
Kabwata Cultural Centre, located on Burma Road, is probably the city’s
best spot for buying hand-carved crafts.
Other interesting sights are the National Assembly building, the university
area, the Anglican cathedral, the State House and the Munda Wanga Botanic and
Zoological Gardens.
Not far away from Lusaka is the Kalimba Reptile Park, which displays a good
variety of crocodiles, snakes and chameleons.
