Kabul, to be considered again a better place for living, needs to be reconstructed seriously in its infrastructures (roads, telephone, traffic and electric systems…), buildings.

The climate in Kabul is continental arid and there is a marked temperature range during the day but also during the seasons. This is caused especially from the presence of elevations. During the day the temperature can go from 0°C in the early morning to 38°C at midday. In the hottest summers temperature can reach even 49°C and in winter the average temperatures are about -9,4°C. As you can notice Kabul has hot summers and cold winters. The main rainfall is between October and April, the annual average of Afghanistan is about 300mm.
