Mao Livehouse is a Gulou rock club and is famous in Beijing for having a killer sound system, an amazing stage and a huge warehouse type space with its own brand of unique, beaten up second hand furniture as well as cheap drinks.
This place is known as the premier music venue in Beijing.
Its iconic logo and its iron riveted façade which is a refrence to MAO’s approach.
The stage is seperate to the bar and lounge, so you can enjoy your drinks away from the busy dance floor.
