Tourist Guide Beijing:

Beijing is situated in northern China closet o Tianjin Municipality, surrounded by Hebei Province.
It is 16.800 square kilometers and a population of 13.82 million people.

Beijing’s best seasons are late spring and autumn: especially in May, September and October people can enjoy the sunshine with the tempratures being more bareable.

Beijing is the capital of the People’s Republic of China.

It’s China’s most important centre for international trade and communications and is the nation’s political, economic, cultural and educational centre.

Throughout its long history it has been the heart of chinese politics and society.

Beijing’s long and illustrious history started almost 500.000 years ago. It endured invasions, wars, rise and falls of imperial dynasties and remains standing today as a strong and vibrant city. Beijing went through many dynasties and 34 emperors have lived and ruled the nation.

I think we have a rough driving here in beijing and we don't give chance to our friends when it comes to giving one chance to pass through, it is important. And taxi drivers don't cover his or her mouths when it comes to coughing. And one last thing, we need to stop picking and choosing when it comes to passengers. Thanks ever so much.

I LOVE Beijing and the people of China!!! We lived there for 1 year. You need to blend in with the people, forget that you want things your way, live with them and NOT in the District for foreigners. Eat what they eat and don't order boxes of food from your own country. Be humble at all times and have a thankful heart :)

It's a pretty good place to live if you don't mind the pollution. If you are a foreigner it is a little hard to live here but the food, culture and people make up for it. Basically a good place to work but not the best place to retire. Also getting a working visa can be a major pain.

There is no such a big city in the world which is safe and secure. The people are so disciplined and respect people and the law. At most of the places it is to the advantage of the people if they can speak some English, like they can write it.

Beijing is a very beautiful place, the people of Beijing are so loving and good. They love to be around and help you with anything you need to know about the city ... i live there for 5 years and i really enjoy being in Beijing ...

One has to know Chinese to be in Beijing. Otherwise a lot of time is wasted in getting information. Moreover there are no maps or routes available in English. Using bus service or subway is difficult due to these facts!

Beijing is really a mega city and it's nice to live here. Caters for all according to one's budget. However, no quality control on all products; counterfeiting is too rampant. This gives bad reputation.

Enjoyed myself in Beijing, Beijing has improved a lot since my last visit few years ago. The infrastructure is great and the standard of living is so much better now than before.
