The Lama Temple is considered as one of the famous Tibetan Buddhist temples. Also known by the names “Yonghe Temple”, the “Palace of Peace and Harmony Lama Temple” and the “Yonghe Lamasery”, this is a temple and a monastery of the Geluk School of Tibetan Buddhism. Located in the north east side of Beijing in China, this is a must see site for its artworks combining Han Chinese and Tibetan styles.
