Happy Valley in Beijing is an amusement park built and operated by Beijing OTC, a part of the Shenzhen OCT Holding Group.  

Opened in 2006, this park is one of the four chained theme parks having lots of entertainment for the visitors. Similar to the Disneyland Park, this park has distinctive landscapes with different theme rides.

There are over 40 rides, with 10 of them being extreme rides. One can see an IMAX theater having seven screens and shopping complex.
