Being one of the leading cities in terms of tourism in China, Dalian has a lot to offer to its tourists. Dalian boasts of several exciting zoological parks like Dalian Forest Zoo, Shengya Ocean World and Polar World.
The architecture in the city is worth admiring. Most of the buildings are a reminiscent of the Russian and Japanese colonial era, which can be witnessed on the Russian and Japanese Street. Also worth a visit is the National Museum of History.
Dalian is also home to some very beautiful beaches. A must visit is the Romantic Golden Pebble Beach. There is a huge resort here which has four tourist centres, namely, green, blue, silver and colour centres.
This city is especially renowned for its squares. Zhongshan Square serves as the financial hub and has some exquisite Japanese buildings. Xinghai Square is the largest square in Asia, apart from housing several other tourist attractions.
