Very nice and helpful employees, also they are very understanding our need. The guide Toby took us out for 6 hrs on a private bike tour. He was knowledgable and explained us a lot of things we saw. Certainly we would recommend to anybody who would like to have see Shanghai in one day or want to do some exercise at the same time on a bicycle.
