The Shanghai Maglev Museum was opened in August 2007. The museum has on display models of the city’s maglev train and also offers interactive games, teaching people about the technology used in the train.
The museum is pèerfect for adults as well as children. The museum is situated on the ground floor of the station.
The museum is divided into five sections covering 1,250 square meters, documenting the birth of a technology, the shanghai line, its advantages and future aspects.
Visitors can also test their speed against the Maglev trains with pedal power!
