The Shanghai Science and Technology Museum is the largest museum in Pudong, Shanghai, close to the Century Park. The museum expands in a wide area of 68,000 square meters with a floor space of 98,000 square meters along with an exhibition space of 65,500 square meters.
Shanghai Science and Technology museum easopened to the public in December 2001. The museum features over 14 interactive multimedia exhibits open to the public. Along with it the exhibition of the museum incorporates an IMAX theatre, Spectrum of life, World of Robots and information Era.
A selection of designers including CAD-classroom, animal hall containing models of animals including platypus, beluga whale, lions, badger and a breaded vulture, a large green house with live plants, turtles, fishes and a cave with bats.
