Just seven kilometers from the town is the Corbyn's Cove beach. It is a coconut-palm fringed beach which is ideal for swimming, sun-basking and of course surfing. There are pill boxes and bunkers added by the Japanese that add to the attractions. There is a tourism complex in this place to provide all the necessary amenities as well as luxuries. New water activities are being introduced in this part.
