Daulashal can be described as a petite scenic hamlet which lies in vicinity of Nalbari. It’s basically known for temple or doul; along with a khal, i.e. canal nearby. Daulashal Temple is the main attraction over here. One would find nature at its best over here.
Mahmara Pukhuri
Mahmara Pukhuri had been constructed at the time of Ahoms. The general belief goes such that it was constructed after having sacrificed a buffalo with the objective of removal of water scarcity within this region. The name ‘Mahmara Pukhuri’ was derived after this act.
Gohain Kamal Ali
Gohain Kamal Ali can be referred to as an ancient road that was connected between North Lakhimpur and Coochbehar once upon a time. Portions of it can be found on border between Baska Mouza and Paschim Banbhag. The origin of this road can be traced to the 16th century. It was constructed at the time of reign of Koch King by Gohai Kamal.
