According to the census of 2001, Frezarpur had a population of 9,630 inhabitants. The males are 51% of the total population and females comprise of 49%. In Frezarpur, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age. Hindi and Chhattisgarhi are the major languages spoken in Frezarpur. The climate in Frezarpur varies according to different seasons. During the summer, the climate is warm, humid and hot. The temperature rises above 40 Degree Celsius. But in the winter season, the temperature drops to around 10 Degree Celsius. Frezarpur is not merely a village now. It has now developed into a much larger town. The cultural and social activities have very much improved.
