Diu is a place where one would like to spend time on the beach so it would be ideal to get a swimsuit, water proof slippers and a water proof camera.
Diu experiences a pleasant climatic condition all throughout the year hence one can a range of outfits to wear.
Get a pair of comfortable shoes as it would help while visiting some of the rocky coves, forts, limestone cliffs and historical monuments.
Carrying along ones own toiletries like soaps and shampoos would be the best although everything is available here.
Important documents such as passport, visas, insurance papers and airline tickets should be packed carefully in a separate pouch least it gets lost.
Carry sufficient Indian currency with change even though most the stay in Diu may not turn out to be that expensive.
Carry a drinking water bottle along with you at all times and avoid eating food from roadside vendors especially in the monsoons.
