There are several custom shops in Diu where one can buy the latest electronic goods and gizmos at very low prices. These are basically foreign goods which have been seized in the customs checking.
The leather slippers, handcrafted articles made of bamboo, oysters and seashells are also quite popular as people buy them as gifts or souvenirs. The woven bamboo mats and baskets are cheap and at the same time strong and durable.
Other shopping venues which are popular here are the Princess Park at Devka Beach and Maharaja Super Market. Wile shopping in Diu one can find some exotic brands of Foreign and Indian liquors.
The Foreign Market situated in the center of Daman town is in close vicinity and Devka Beach also provides opportunity to so some beach shopping. There are several shops selling country liquor found all over the town including OIDC which is a Government undertaking.
