Calangute is one of the famous beaches in Goa. Most of tourists come here to experience the tranquil and unmatched beauty of the beaches.
Similar to other cities in Goa, Calangute has the influence of Portuguese and Indian heritage. One can see various chapels and monuments that exhibit the same fact.
The Calangute beach is famous for water sports. Swimming can be enjoyed throughout year, except during the monsoons from June to September.
