Tourist Guide Bangalore:

Bangalore is the capital of the state of Karnataka, India. With an estimated population of six million Bangalore is India’s third largest city. It is often referred to as the Silicon Valley of India for the large number of information technology companies located here. Bangalore is also India’s fourth largest business market.

Bangalore has a pleasant climate with three seasons, namely summers, winters and monsoons. October to February is cool and also the best time to visit. Summers are mild but the mercury rises high regularly.

After India gained independence, Bangalore evolved economically as well culturally. The economy comprises industries like telecommunications, machine tools, space and defence. Also, Bangalore experienced the software boom owing to which the economy considerably grew.

In Bangalore cost of living is very high, in safety concern its good for living, to enjoy there are so many malls and other entertainments are available, for IT people they can get good jobs and good pay scale, for language problem people i think you don't have any trouble to live because in Bangalore all states people are living. So don't bother in these matters. Transportation is also available good and some reasonable price. So good luck...

Lovely city - poor roads and platforms - poor hygenic conditions - lot of garbage and plastic on roads. bad traffic with no road sense. More traffic signals and pedestrain crossings required. Airport road should be totally clear without any signals, humps and toll collection should be at the begining or end of the road. Good weather. Good eating places.

Very expensive place... everything is very costly... travelling, dining and stay! But Lovely weather. Has some nice places to see... But Too much traffic. Road blocks are common. Digging up of roads is a usual practice that creates road block and dust. Cant walk outside without covering the nose. A very happening place. Get almost everything here.

Nothing much but quite OK. Its a small city, hence refuses to grow up. As such it has disfigured growth. Its tough to live in here for old timers. The new will find the going tough as they age up and catch with old timers. It used to be pensioners paradise but today its an exploiters (builders and businessman alike) dream destination.

There is a nice little place near Koramangala in the road opposite the Forum Mall called the jukebox. Very cozy and the ambience is very pleasing. In addition the beer is great as well as the dishes. Must visit for any first timer in bangalore. Its not too expensive either compared to others with the same quality of service.

Good weather. Cosmopolitan crowd. Great food. Shopping options are plenty. Good air, train and bus connection with south India's major cities. Many good colleeges and schools. But expensive to live compared to other major Indian cities. Autos are main public transport. English Hindi Kannada main languages spoken.
