The Bull Temple, built in the sixteenth century, is the oldest temple in Bangalore. It contains a huge monument of God Nandi and holds wedding processions, music renderings and prayers every weekend.
Constructed in the eighteenth century, the Lalbagh Botanical Gardens is a splendid park. It contains various exotic species of plants which are tropical in nature. It also has a spectacular glasshouse and a watchtower.
