The shelters of Bhimbetka are basically caves and coves built naturally, hundreds of years ago. The caves are now used as tourist attractions and represent the vast culture and experiences of Bhopal. There are different statues, murals and objects of archeological value. Some of the carvings are done on the cave walls itself. Some nice restaurants have also opened up in these parts.
