The upper lake is one of the largest lakes in Madhya Pradesh and is situated in Bhopal. It is a good spot for sightseeing as its banks are richly developed in culture. The fort of ‘Victory’ named ‘Fatehgarh is built on its banks and is an excellent historical spot. There are trees bordering the lake and their overcast shadows give a cool image to the viewer. Fishing is also carried out on a very small space.
