The Pandav Caves comprise of five rock cut caves. It is thought that the Pandavas lived in these caves when they were in exile. These caves are a thousand year old.
It is also believed that some Buddhist monks took refuge in these caves in the first century B.C. Currently, the caves are protected monuments.
The Priyadarshini Point is also called as the Forsyth Point. The reason is that Captain Forsyth found out the beauty of Pachmarhi. From this point, there are breathtaking views of the region. In the Handi Khoh ravine, there are steep precipices and a fall of three hundred feet.
The Bison Lodge is linked with Captain Forsyth. In 1862, this was a forest lodge. Currently this place is a museum. One can see the fauna and flora of the Satpura hills. Sometimes there are films regarding wildlife in the open-air theater.
The Big Fall is a must-see spot of Pachmarhi. This is a 110 meters fall at Rajat Prapat.
