Seijo and the Soul Dish are restaurants and bar that have been opened in December 2004 in Mumbai. This is situated in Bandra West on the Waterfield Road at Krystal.
The area of this place is 8000 square feet which is divided into two sections. One is a spacious restaurant that is similar to an urban Asian garden while the other is an equally huge bar that has Japanese pop art décor and red travertine flooring.
One can also view pebbled waterways, lush Japanese styled gardens and flowing water walls. In the recent past, this restaurant was selected as the Best Looking Restaurant in Mumbai by Times Food Guide.
This place is owned by Nitin Tandon and Kishore. A team of chefs that is led by Nitin Tandon decide the menu which is a combination of the East as well as the West.
The special items of this house are Vietnamese Shrimps and Mango Summer Rolls with Caviar and Caramelised Lemon and Almond Crusted Prawns with Wasabi.
