Cherrapunjee is regarded as one of the most popular tourist center in the north eastern part of India. It lies to the south of Ringkhap Songmong. The town is very well known because of the heavy rainfalls that occur here and only needs little attention for publicity. It is very well known for its scenic beauty, gardens, parks, shopping centers, malls, etc. This is a very famous tourist attraction because of the pleasant climate here.
