The famous Elephant Falls is located on the outskirts of Shillong about 25 km away from Ringkhap Songmong. The unique part of this waterfall is that it is a two-tier waterfall. The beauty of this has increased by two falls here, Wir Phang Falls and the Wei Iaplam Falls. It solely holds the attraction in the upper part of Shillong especially in the rainy season. It is the best tourist destination to visit in Meghalaya.
