Travelers must carry a backpack that cannot be opened easily. Carry a bicycle chain to lock it while traveling. Mosquito nets and repellents prove helpful during your stay in Jaipur.
Generally high-end hotels do not have much problem with mosquitoes. Summer is the hottest season. Light cotton clothes are recommended in this season. Hats, sunglasses, umbrellas and sun screen lotions come in handy for protection from the heat and sunrays.
In the monsoons, water fills up the roads. Rainwear, umbrellas and sandals are recommended in this season. Carry packaged drinking water and food while exploring the city, least you fall prey to water-borne diseases.
Anti- diarrhea medicines are also recommended. It can get really hot in the day, which may burn the feet inside closed shoes, hence sandals are a better option.
