Jaipur can be considered as an ideal place for buying antiques. Several markets and shopping streets are spread across the city. Jauhari Bazaar, M.I Road, Tripolia Bazaar, Chaura Rasta, Nehru Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar are some of the popular shopping destinations in Jaipur.

The most famous things in these markets are the Indian artifacts. Minakari and Kundan are the beautiful types of jewelry designs, which are found exclusively in Rajasthan. Jewelry made up of precious and semi precious gems are found in most of the shops here.

Lehariya and Bandhani saris are the must buy things here. Travelers can buy these at the Haldion ka Rasta and Gopalji ka Rasta. Nehru Bazaar and Bapu bazaar are famous for shoes made up of camel leather and local perfumes.

Visit Ramganj bazaar for traditional footwear called Jutis. Handicrafts like carpets, blue pottery and hand- block prints and antiques are the specialty of Amber Road. Buy the Jaipuri quilts in the shops opposite to Hawa Mahal.
