Jodhpur is quite famous for its impressive array of temples located throughout the city. They present an ultimate example of the impressive Rajput style of architecture and anyone visiting Jodhpur must visit at least one of them.
One deserving name in the list of temples is Mahamandir, which is situated on the Mandore Road in Jodhpur and has become a favorite tourist attraction. Eighty-four pillars support the temple, which makes it a spectacular site.
The temple walls are decorated with detailed and magnificent images of Yoga, making is unique amongst other temples of the city. The figures depict very fine and detailed postures of Yoga, which are simply awe-inspiring.
