About 3 kilometers towards the west of Udaipur and close to the village of Hawala, Shilpgram is situated.

This is a Rural Arts and Crafts complex with an area of 70 acres surrounded by the Aravalli hills.

The complex is regarded as a living ethnographic museum that portrays the lifestyles of the tribal and folk people in Western India.

There are five huts from Rajasthan that are a representative of the weaver’s community from Marwar. Two huts are named as Rama and Sam.

These are two sand bound villages in the desert region of west Rajasthan. There is a potter hut from the village Dhol which is 70 kilometers towards the west of Udaipur.

The remaining two huts are a representative of the tribal farmer communities in the south part of Rajasthan. These are called as Sehariyas and Bhil.

Shilpgram is open from 11 am to 7 pm throughout the year and there is an entry fee to visit this place.
