The Rumtek Monastery : one of the most sacred monasteries of Buddhism is the Rumtek Monastery in Gangtok. Some of the most sacred and rare Tibetan Buddhist religious objects and scriptures are available in this place.
This monastery is the seat of the Kagyu order. The construction of this monastery took place in the 1960s.
The Namgyal Institute of Tibetology is the center of the study of Buddhist philosophy. Here, there are more than two hundred Buddhist icons. This place is also called as a Tibetology Museum.
In the Himalayan Zoological Park, one can find the spotted deer, the red pandas, the masked Palm civet, the Tibetan wolf, the leopard cat, the snow leopard, the barking deer and the Himalayan Black Bear.

Very good, looks wonderful and enjoyable, north sikkim is great. Especially Lachung it is like heaven
