Kamdhenu Theatre presents some of the exhibits of old Tamil films. This theatre stands proudly as a fading Art Deco landmark on Luz Church Road. It was built before 1947 on Lakshmi Vilas mansion. This mansion was one of the Mylapore’s famed old garden mansions which had long historical background connections to Justice Bhashyam Ayyangar and many more people. Though there are no cinema shows here, the theatre is a land mark for its historical background.
