Not very big city. When at Agartala, manage a night to stay at Sipahijala Sanctuary Forest rest house... it is unforgetable experience. Visit Trishna sanctuary, Debtamurha, Kamala sagar Kalibari. Pilak is encient ramnant...not very organised. Without visiting Unokoti, hill of sleeping Gods, having lots of stone cut sculpture, Tripura visit canot be fulfilled. Other places of interest are Matabari, Nirmahal (in Rudrasagar...water palace with light and sound show..most famous and highlighted), Ujjayanta prasad (palace), MBB college compound, Laxminarayan temple, Anadamayee Kalibari, Jaggannathbari, Gedumiyar Masjid, Buddha mandir and the Museam. A good concept gone haywire due to lack of imagination and upkeep. Things have been there for, God knows how long-without ever being repaired or upgraded. Food was very bad. unch looked and tasted like one put together by a C grade CATERER for a amall town wedding reception!!
