The Basilica pertaining to the Lady of Bandel is located at Hooghly in the state of West Bengal. Netaji Shubas International Airport is the nearest International Airport.
If a direct flight to Kolkata is unavailable, there are connecting flights from New Delhi and a majority of national destinations are connected by direct flights to the Netaji Airport.
At the shrine, there are 18 rooms for the pilgrims. Each room has a table, two chairs and two beds. For these, there is a contribution of 1.25 USD for a single day or 2.5 USD for a single night.
On Sundays, there are English masses at 6:30 am and 11 am, Bengali mass at 9 am and Hindi mass at 5 pm. On the 24th of the month, first Friday and every Saturday, there is English mass at 5 pm.
On the last Sunday of each month, there is Santhali mass at 2:30 pm. From 6 pm to 7 pm everyday, there is an adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
From the 1st Sunday of Advent to the 1st Sunday of Lent, the daily mass is at 6:30 am. From the 1st Sunday of Lent to the last ordinary Sunday, the daily mass is at 6 am.
