Sanur Beach is the 1st beach resorts of Bali and is situated on the east coast of Sanur. Sanur is the largest traditional village of Bali which has currently developed into a fine tourist destination with a number of hotels, restaurants and modern entertainment venues.
The soft sand beaches of Sanur makes it an ideal place for strolling or sun bathing and the coral reefs of the sea add opportunities for snorkeling and other watersport activities as well.
The Matahari Sports on the western part of the beach provide motorboats and jet skiing opportunities and the Blue Oasis on the east of the beach provides opportunities for wind surfing, sailing and sail boating.
There are excellent accommodation facilities offered near the beach such as Bali Hayatt with its rustic ambience, Sanur Beach Hotel which is minutes from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, Mercure Sanur, Waka Maya Resort and more.
