Being the 3rd largest city and second largest metropolitan city, Bandung is the capital of Java in Indonesia. It is located at 180 km South East from Jakarta. Situated on the river basin and enclosed by the volcanic mountains, it has the cool temperature all around the year as compared to other cities in Indonesia. As per the record of 2007, the population of 2.9 million is occupying an area of 167.27 sq Km.Here you will find maximum of Sudanese people and they use Sudanese as their first language. The national language of Indonesia and the language commonly used by the speakers of different languages are considered to be the second language. Angklung is a musical instrument popular among the residents of Bandung. It is traditionally designed and there is a slight difference between Angklung and Gamelan (used by Balinese).
