Kerman is situated 1076 Kms towards the south of Tehran at the center of Kerman Province in Iran. It is close to the Kavir-e lut (Lut Desert).
In 2005, the population of this city was 0.533 million.
The temperature of this city alters from -6.15 to 34.8 degrees Celsius. The rainfall is 0 to 132 mm per month.
The cuisine in this region comprises of curries along with rice, various varieties of Aash or a traditional kind of broth and some types of side dishes.
The traditional embroidery of Kerman consists of items like Kilims or coarse carpets, jajeems, rugs, satchels, carpets, patteh and various hand woven articles.
The main items in Kerman Province are pistachio and Caraway seeds.

It's wonderful, it's a huge great city, its people are kind. I recommend for everybody to go there, "shazde" is a great garden, i love Kerman and its people.
