Tourist Guide Kermanshah
The city of Kermanshah is located in the western region of Iran. The city comes under the province of Kermanshah. Kermanshah city has a total area of about 525 square kilometers which is huge. Being located in the western region of Iraq the weather in this city is usually hot through out the year with very short winters. The minimum temperature recorded here is about 21 degrees Celsius in January and February during the winter period and the regular temperature in this region is around 40 to 55 degrees Celsius in the month of March in the summer period. As the city is located close to a huge water mass namely The Karun River, rainfall is high in this city in the months of June to August. Even though the city is big in size, it comprises of beautiful landscapes. It is a developed city with most of the population employed. The population dwelling in the city of Kermanshah is counted out to be around 8, 22,128 people according to the 2001 census. The population density is very high in this city.
