Tourist Guide Chiba
Chiba is the capital metropolitan of Japan, which is known by the name of Chiba. The city can be assumed to be young as it was founded on January 1, 1921 by the government ordinance. Its location is around 40 km to the east of Tokyo in Japan. Its population as recorded by the census is supposed to be 960,000. This city is a seaport of the area owned by the Kanto.
The city also houses the Chiba Port, which has a capacity to handle some of largest volumes of cargo present in the nation. Most of the city is filled with buildings of the residential type. There are many industries, workshops and warehouses which are located all along the coastline. Chiba is at present governed by Keiichi Tsuruoka. It is a large area and it covers a land space of 272.8 sq. km. The culture here has remained a bit traditional, as there are a few backward classes of people who have some typical customs and superstitions.
